OASIS Short-term Group Housing
The OASIS program provides fully furnished, all inclusive dorm-style, shared housing to students. You may choose a private or shared room (OASIS will provide the roommate). Amedities include all utilities, local phone service, cable TV, high-speed wireless Internet access, all dishware, on-site laundry facilities, and once-a-month cleaning service. Bring your clothes, computer, and an alarm clock.

New York

Educational Housing Services (EHS)
EHS is New York City’s biggest resource for student housing. Safe, affordable, and convenient, these residences are designed for student living: cable TV, Internet access, twenty-four-hour security, lounges, kitchens, cool furniture, and amazing people from more than fifty countries around the world. EHS residences are located in prime neighborhoods convenient to campuses, public transportation, libraries, and New York’s amazing array of cultural attractions.

Washington D.C.

American University Summer Intern Housing
Located in one of Washington’s most beautiful residential areas in the northwest corner of the District of Columbia, American University is convenient to all the resources of the city and surrounding suburbs. It offers offering competitively priced housing in an ideal location for interns and students coming to the nation’s capital. All rooms are fully carpeted and furnished with twin beds, desks, and closet space for two and are equipped with air conditioning with in-room controls, cable TV access, two computer jacks, phone jacks, and a voice mail system. Each floor has laundry facilities, stove and microwave-equipped kitchenettes, a lounge with cable television, pay phones, and separate communal bathrooms and shower facilities.

Washington Intern Student Housing (WISH) 
WISH housing is unique. Located throughout historic Capitol Hill neighborhoods with wide, tree-lined streets, WISH housing is a thoughtful choice for students who desire a location close to the nation’s capitol, Congressional offices, Library of Congress, the Supreme Court, and metro stations. WISH has a variety of housing available from shared apartments and townhouses to private studios and one-bedroom apartments. Furnished and unfurnished properties are available, as are properties designed specifically for graduate students and married housing.
