M.Ed. in Education of Exceptional Persons (Option 3)

Loading...

The M.Ed. program is structured to address the educational needs of graduate students who hold Pennsylvania Mentally and/or Physically Handicapped certification (Special Education), or who do not want to qualify for teaching certification, but do wish to work professionally with persons with disabilities.

Students working toward a master’s degree may select a thesis or non-thesis option at an appropriate point in their program of studies. The department will exercise final judgment over the exact program of studies required for any student. All M.Ed. candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive examination as the terminal experiences in their course of studies.

Applications are currently being accepted on a rolling basis.

Recent program changes are not yet reflected in the currently published graduate catalog.

Interested students may refer to additional information provided in the EDEX Graduate Student Handbook.
