The M.A. TESOL program welcomes prospective professionals in the area of TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the U.S. and abroad. The program is designed to enrich students' understanding of advanced theory and current practices in TESOL. Theoretical exploration and practical experience are well balanced to provide students with expertise in the contemporary applications of TESOL.
The program consists of 36 semester hours of coursework in TESOL and related fields. It can be completed in three regular semesters and one summer semester (e.g., Fall 2010, Spring 2011, Summer 2011, and Fall 2011).
