Policy for E-mail Communications

E-mail is neither secure nor confidential—other people may have access to your e-mail communications, even if you do not intend for them to have access. We ask that you take this into consideration and use discretion in any e-mail communications. In addition, although e-mail may be checked on a regular basis, it may not be checked every day, in the evenings, over weekends, or during vacations.

If you are experiencing a crisis, you should contact the Counseling Center during business hours (M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 724-357-2621). During other times, contact the Armstrong-Indiana Crisis Hotline (1-877-333-2470), the Indiana Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Services (724-357-7121), or, for issues related to sexual abuse/assault or domestic violence, the Alice Paul House (724-349-4444).
