Policy for E-mail Communications

E-mail is neither secure nor confidential—other people may have access to your e-mail communications, even if you do not intend for them to have access. We ask that you take this into consideration and use discretion in any e-mail communications. In addition, although e-mail may be checked on a regular basis, it may not be checked every day, in the evenings, over weekends, or during vacations.
