How to Schedule an Appointment for Individual or Group Counseling

It’s easy to make an appointment.

Appointments can be made in person or by phone only by the student requesting services.

Students can also use our walk-in hours to access services and/or to consult with a Counseling Center therapist. Walk-in hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:00–3:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:00–11:00 a.m. and 2:30–3:30 p.m.

Our services are in demand and, at times, the we may have a waiting list for ongoing counseling. If this occurs, students waiting for counseling should feel free to use our walk-in hours for brief appointments. When students are experiencing a crisis or emergency that may need additional counselor input or time, arrangements will be made for them to speak with a counselor as soon as possible.

To schedule an appointment, to use our walk-in hours, or to find out more about the Counseling Center and our services, stop by our office in Suites on Maple East, Room G31, or call 724-357-2621.
