Application materials can be obtained from the School of Graduate Studies and Research.
Alternatively, prospective students are encouraged to apply on line.
The prospective student must submit the following:
- Completed application form
- One copy of an official transcript from each graduate and undergraduate institution attended (excluding transcripts from IUP)
- Two letters of recommendation from persons familiar with the applicant's academic background
- A signed and dated goal statement indicating career and academic goals
- TOEFL scores for students whose native language is not English
- A $30 nonrefundable application fee
