All inquiry data is managed through Banner. Inquiries sent to the SGSR via e-mail (graduate-admissions@iup.edu), direct mail, or phone, or which are entered into the online inquiry form, are immediately entered into Banner in order to become part of the SGSR “communications track,” which includes systematic direct mail and e-mail communication with inquiries.

Data provided by students inquiring via the Web-based form are immediately sent to Banner; individual departments are encouraged to send their inquiry data to the SGSR so that prospective student information may be entered into the overall communications track.

Graduate coordinators are able to access their inquiry report via Banner. View instructions for printing the inquiry report.
