Each semester, students are permitted to make withdrawal adjustments to their schedule via URSA. This period of adjustment usually extends through the first two-thirds of the semester; specific end dates for the withdrawal period are published each semester on URSA. During this period, the withdrawal is considered to be discrete and no "permission" is necessary.

Process
Direct students to the Web during the period of discrete withdrawals if it is their intention to withdraw from a course (or multiple courses).
Note: During this period of discrete withdrawal, no form is required to be submitted to the SGSR. Students wishing to process a discrete withdrawal should do so directly via the Web.
