Change of Grades

In certain instances, it may be necessary to process a grade change for a student.

Process

• Complete the Change of Grade Form.
• Finish the form by obtaining the required signatures.
• Submit the form to the GSR.

Note: After a final review, the form will be signed and forwarded to the Registrar's Office for posting on the student's transcript.
