Approximately 85 percent of our students choose to accept placement in prestigious 4- and 5-diamond resorts. Because of the excellent reputation of IUP Culinary graduates in the field, many properties send their executive chefs to our campus each year to recruit students for externship positions. The following sites were our most recent guests:
