Baking Courses, Third Semester

The final semester of Baking and Pastry Arts is a 450-hour paid externship out in the industry.


You will experience on-the-job training prior to graduation. Instruction and performance evaluation is performed by the supervising chef at the externship site. Externship sites are located throughout the United States.
