All courses in the Culinary Arts program run in fifteen-day blocks. (There are five blocks in each semester.) You will be scheduled for one two-hour lecture class and one five-hour laboratory class in each block.

Culinary Courses, Fourth Semester
Your externship experience is your final semester. You can choose to gain experience at properties located throughout the United States and in Switzerland.
