How to Register for Orientation
Once you’ve paid your tuition deposit, please register by following these steps:
- Log onto URSA (select “login to secure area”), using your Banner ID and PIN number.
- Select “Student Services.”
- Select “Orientation Enrollment Form.”
- Complete the form as indicated.
- When selecting your date of Orientation attendance, be aware that only available dates for your admit category will be listed. (If a date listed elsewhere on our website is not listed here, it is not available to you.)
- See and follow “Step 2: Understanding your Options.”
- If the major listed for you on the form is not correct, please indicate your desired major on the online enrollment form.
- If you need to be excused from school (or work) to attend Orientation, we can give you an excuse on our office stationery. Check the proper box on the enrollment form, and we will place an excuse in your check-in materials.
- If you have a physical, learning, medical, psychological, or other disability, indicate this on the Orientation enrollment form. Identify the accommodations needed during Orientation and placement testing on your Orientation enrollment form, as well.
- If you have a disability which requires accessible overnight housing, indicate this on the enrollment form.
- Complete and submit the online enrollment form within the next week after receiving this letter.
- Since you can only register for available and appropriate dates through the URSA online enrollment form, your submission and the “Submission received” reply indicate the registration has occurred successfully.
