Extracurricular and Cocurricular Activities

There are a number of student organizations with activities that can complement your classroom learning. They include:

• The student affiliate of the American Chemical Society (ACS)
• Alpha Chi Sigma, coeducational scientific fraternity
• AMSA, the American Medical Student Association

Among their activities, these groups take field trips, provide tutoring, and help facilitate science programming in area schools.
