The Housing Office maintains two marquee channels on IUP’s cable system. Channel 15 is dedicated to dining information.
Channel 17 is open to university events and announcements. If you have an item that you wish to be displayed on the marquee channel, please send an e-mail to iup-resnet@iup.edu with the following information:
- Name
- Department
- Dates to run the slide
- Information you wish displayed on the slide
- Attach a PowerPoint slide to be displayed (preferred) or
- All the text you wish displayed or
- Attach a flier, such as a MS Publisher, JPEG, MS Word, or PDF document
Guidelines
- When attaching a flier, it is preferred that the alignment is landscape so that it will better fit the television screen.
- Simple is better. Too much text can make the slide difficult to read on the television screen.
- Bigger is better. If your lettering is too small it will be difficult to read on the television screen.
