Image Analysis

Joe Darney is working with Dr. Ezekiel on an image analysis paper to be submitted to an international conference in the near future.

Information Assurance

Dr. Oblitey meets weekly with six to eight students to discuss various issues related to information assurance. Some of these students are on NSA scholarships, others are not.

System Monitoring and Diagnosis

Brian Henry, Kenneth Estes, and Jason McCarty are working with Dr. Ezekiel on methods of monitoring systems, including security monitoring. This work is just getting started.

Games Development

Jenna Lutton, Douglas Dunn, and Michael Flickinger are working with Dr. Ezekiel on developing games. This work is just getting started.

Past Research, 2005

Software Engineering

In 2004, Daryn Flango and Robert Smith worked with Dr. Shumba to evaluate Rational Rose and Visio for teaching Software Engineering. This work led to a conference presentation.

Texture Analysis

In 2004, one student and Shafquat Husain worked with Dr. Ezekiel investigating texture analysis. This led to a poster presentation.

Steganography

In 2003, Erica Briggs worked with Dr. Ezekiel investigating data hiding and steganography. This led to presentations at PACISE and GOVSEC.

Transportation Analysis

In 2003, Michael Kershensky worked with Dr. Ezekiel to write a grant proposal for a Transportation Analysis project that used dynamic XML. The proposal was not funded.
