The following table lists all minors that can be counted for students majoring in the B.S. Applied Track in Computer Science. For many of these minors, courses that are taken as part of the Liberal Studies requirements or the department requirements count toward a minor also. The table tries to show both the total requirements for the minor, as well as those courses that can count elsewhere.

Mathematics Minor for Languages and Systems Track
For students majoring in the B.S., Languages and Systems Track in Computer Science, a minor in Mathematics is required. The minor must consist of the following courses: MATH 125, MATH 126, MATH 216, MATH 219, MATH 171, and (MATH 225 or MATH 250). As with the Mathematics minor described above, the 125, 216, and 219 courses are taken to meet other requirements.
Criminology Minor for Information Assurance Track
For students majoring in the B.S., Information Assurance Track in Computer Science, a minor in Criminology is required. The minor must consist of the following courses: CRIM 101, CRIM 102, CRIM 321, CRIM 323, CRIM 401, and CRIM 403. As with the Information Assurance minor described above, CRIM 101 is taken to meet other requirements.
