Applicants for the Doctorate in School Psychology program must complete two separate applications: a Graduate School Application and an EDSP Department Application.

Applicants for the Master’s in Educational Psychology and School Psychology Certification Programs should only complete the Graduate School Application.

  1. All applicants must complete the Graduate School Application. To access this application, visit the Graduate School Admissions website.
  2. Applicants for the Doctorate in School Psychology program must also complete the Educational and School Psychology (EDSP) Department application below:

  3. All applicants must be sure to include the following to apply:
    1. Graduate school application form

    2. Departmental application form*

    3. Application fee

    4. Goal statement

    5. Undergraduate transcript

    6. Graduate transcript*

    7. Two letters of recommendation (one of which must be from a direct supervisor)

    8. GRE scores for the aptitude portion of the test

    9. Evidence of a passing score on the national Praxis Exam in School Psychology*

    * designates for doctorate program applicants only

Note: Undergraduate students interested in the doctoral program must first apply to the master’s/specialist program and will have the opportunity to apply to the doctoral program after acceptance into the specialist program.
