Collections

A collection is a set of links to other content on the website. An example of a collection are the highlights that appear on the right side of your unit’s home page (the links in red to the left of the menu).

Unlike a table of contents, a collection allows you to control the order in which your links appear.

The following instructions can help you work with collections:

Create a Collection: To create a collection, you will need to go into the Workarea.
Display a Collection on Your Page: After creating your collection, make it display on your page.
Add Items to Your Collection: How to add an item to your collection
Remove Items from Your Collection: How to remove one or more items from your collection.
Change Order of Items in Collection: Give your newly created collection a custom order.
