Thanks for wanting to submit a picture to be considered for our 40th Anniversary edition of our Geoscience Club Calendar
The calendar is sold as a fund-raiser for the Geoscience Club and is sold to a wide audience. Because of this, we are most interested in pictures of landscapes/geologic features. People may be in the photograph, but they really should just be the "scale" or not the focus of the photograph. Below are some examples from the the 2008 calendar (the cover and 2 months).
Submission Deadline: July 20, 2008
File type and size: any image filetype that can be brought into powerpoint and maintain a high resolution for printing (preferably >4 megapixels).
Information to provide: Please let us know who took the photo and where it was taken, any other geological information is welcome too!
