Drs. Gary Dean, Kurt Dudt, and Allen Partridge are working with SimuLearn. SimuLearn is a software package that is used to develop leadership skills. Through the Applied Media and Simulations Games Center, research is being done to determine if this software package will develop the leadership skills of the department’s undergraduate majors.
The outcome of this research, if successful, will allow the department to incorporate this gaming/simulation into the department’s coursework.
