Chef Klinger is a Certified Executive Chef who previously held the position of executive chef for the four-star and four-diamond Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, Hershey, Pennsylvania, where he was responsible for $7 million in annual food sales.
Having more than twenty-nine years of industry experience, Chef Klinger has cooked for five governor inaugural balls, fifty state governors, and former presidents Ford, Carter, Reagan, and Bush.
Chef Klinger is one of two faculty advisors to the Ice Carving Club, a student club at IUP especially for culinary students. He also enjoys judging student culinary competions for ProStart and SkillsUSA.
