The 13-week nursing courses offered at an off campus site on Saturdays or Friday evenings in fulfillment of the master’s degree program in nursing will begin no earlier than Commencement Saturday. In addition, the courses shall not extend beyond the Saturday of the last week of the IUP summer school calendar. A faculty member who teaches the full summer course will be paid in accordance with Article 27 provisions in the CBA, except that the minimum pay will be at the faculty member’s overload rate, regardless of enrollment in his/her course.
Except for the specific commitments made in the Agreement, this Agreement is without precedent or prejudice to the rights of any of the parties.
