Non-Pennsylvania Resident Tuition Discount Full-Time Undergraduate
Students who live in Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia automatically qualify for the tuition discount based on their residency in these states.
Students from other states who have earned a B average at the time of graduation will also qualify for the discount.
For first-time freshmen, this means that you have earned a minimum 3.0 on a 4.0 grade-point average scale or an 85 percent on a percentage scale.
The Office of Admissions will determine eligibility for these and other grading scales as necessary.
Transfer students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 from any and all institutions they have attended before enrolling at IUP.
Students must meet the academic requirements for the tuition differential at the time of initial matriculation in order to receive the discount.
Currently enrolled students cannot qualify for the discount if they did not meet qualifications upon initial enrollment at IUP.
