Lateral and Bid Forms

Lateral Transfer Request Form: All employees in the same classification within the seniority unit are eligible to request a transfer.
Part-time Regular to Full-time Regular Bid Form: Employees who are employed in part-time regular positions are eligible to bid on full-time regular vacancies that occur in the same classification that they currently hold.
Part-time Regular to Full-time Regular Promotion Bid Form: Form for part-time regular to full-time regular promotion bid form.

Promotional Bid Form: All employees in the classification immediately below the vacancy within the seniority unit are eligible to bid.
Shift Preference Request Form: To request a shift preference, you must be in the same classification as the position posted.
Full-time Temp Employee to Full-time Regular Position Form: Employees who are employed in full-time temporary positions are eligible to bid on regular vacancies that occur in the same classification that they currently hold.
