Biography:
Dr. Bashir is a visiting assistant professor in the Department of Economics. She has been a member of the Department of Economics since August 2012. Prior to coming to IUP, Dr. Bashir was a visiting assistant professor of economics at Lander University in Greenwood, S.C.
Dr. Bashir’s research interest is in the field of Entrepreneurship and Regional Economic Development. She has been published in the Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship, TheIUP Journal of Entrepreneurship Development, Journal of Agricultural Science and Technology, The Review of Regional Studies, and LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing GmbH & Co.
