First, a quick explanation of the process ...
All campus residence post office box numbers are assigned by the Office of Housing and Residence Life, not the University Post Office. In order to obtain an IUP residence post office box number, you must do the following:
- Go to URSA. Log in.
- Select STUDENT ID NUMBER @00000000 (8-digit number) and URSA PIN 000000 (6-digit number).
- Select Student Services and Financial Aid.
- Select Display Your Mailbox Information.
Your information will be then sent to the University Post Office, where a combination will be assigned to your designated postal box number. Please allow a few days for this process to be completed.
