The Ascension Meditation &amp; Yoga Association will meet for yoga and meditation sessions every Wednesday this semester from 5:00-6:00 p.m. at the HUB Delaware Room.
Please join us to improve your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being through a unique combination of yogic exercises:
-Laughter Yoga – 10 to 15 minutes
-Physical/Hatha Yoga – 20 minutes
-Breathing/Pranayam Yoga - 5 minutes
-Meditation/Dhyana Yoga – 20 minutes
