Anxiety and stress cause all kinds of things to happen in our bodies and can affect our thoughts and emotions. Our thinking can bring about the stress and anxiety to begin with. There are ways to calm our bodies and minds, as well as to develop a different attitude toward our stress. Below are exercises to help you manage your stress.
