Confidentiality is of the utmost importance in all stages of the search process. Applicant information must not be discussed with anyone outside of the search committee and the Office of Human Resources. It is also inappropriate to discuss search information after the selection has been made.
Documenting activities and keeping detailed records throughout the process is important to a successful search. Listed below are the necessary documents required for your search.
- Review these guidelines to initiate a search for a manager, state university administrator, or grant-funded program coordinator.
- Contact the faculty/administrative employment manager at 724-357-2431 to arrange a meeting to review the search process.
- This packet includes affirmative action form A, advertising information, and the affirmative action plan. Position information and outreach activities are collected on these forms. Please complete in full. Send to the Office of Human Resources upon obtaining signatures of the immediate supervisor and division vice president.
- This form must be completed prior to inviting candidates for campus interviews. Send completed form along with copies of the candidate’s resumes and qualification matrix to the Office of Human Resources for review and approval.
- Lists all applicants with their rating.
