Paper-Based Testing

Paper-based tests are offered in accordance with national testing dates (typically Saturdays) for LSAT and ACT. The Foreign Language Competency Test (FLCT) is offered at IUP three times per year.

The Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is a half-day standardized test required for admission to most law schools.
The ACT test assesses high school students’ general educational development and their ability to complete college-level work.
The IUP PhD in Literature and Criticism program requires a reading ability in a foreign language (not English) as measured by the Foreign Language Competency Test.
