Non-Nutritional Background

Those that do not have an undergraduate education in food and nutrition may need to fulfill prerequisites prior to acceptance. These include certain required science courses, particularly in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and introductory nutrition.

Applications will follow the same admittance procedure as is stated in the  Admission Requirements. Each application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If there are any questions, please contact program coordinator Dr. Stephanie Taylor-Davis.
