Application development using Microsoft Visual Studio, VB.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server. But in the long run, the company is looking for someone who can also assist in other areas; such as, network management, security, application development, help desk, hardware/software installation, etc.
The company has an immediate need to hire a reliable programmer but the long term goal is for that person to have a desire to learn and assist in other areas.
