Why IUP?
I enjoyed the welcoming and caring environment of my Undergraduate Institution. The Educational and School Psychology program at IUP seemed to also offer individualized attention and an environment that encouraged students to prosper academically as well as professionally. Staff within the department is incredibly knowledgeable; each are genuinely concerned with their students and encourages success.
Why school psychology?
School psychology mirrors my passions: educational settings, psychological scrutiny, and analytical inquests. In addition, personal experiences have influenced my decision to choose this field as my future career.
Personal interests:
I appreciate the Classics as well as reading and taking part in research. I value my family and friends, and enjoy spending time with all of them. When I’m not reading, you’ll find me taking lots of photographs and spending a considerable amount of time on Photoshop.
