Why Educational Psychology at IUP?

• The School Psychology program at IUP is a multiple-entry-level graduate program culminating in a specialist certificate as a school psychologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and/or a Doctor of Education in School Psychology. Students may be invited to apply directly to the doctoral program, once they have completed their master’s degree.
• Our practice-related coursework is often similar to specialist-level programs. This program helps prepare students to sit for the Education Specialist Certificate (Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study).
• This specialist-level program is fully accredited by the National Association of School Psychologists and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education.
