An Opera Gala

May 10 at 8:00 p.m.; Fisher Auditorium, Performing Arts Center

A unique production for the university and community, this concert gala will feature the IUP Symphony Orchestra conducted by David Martynuik; IUP voice faculty members Mary Logan-Hastings and Joseph Baunoch; and special guest Richard Fracker, former Metropolitan Opera tenor. Among the evening’s offerings will be favorites from operas by Puccini, Verdi, and Gounod.
