When should I move in?
Students Participating in CUSP
- Saturday, August 18, from 8:00 a.m.–noon. You will be mailed a specific time arrival card in late July.
New Honors College Students
- Thursday, August 23, from 9:00 a.m.–noon. You will be mailed a specific time arrival card in late July.
New/Transfer Students
- Friday, August 24, and Saturday, August 25. You will be mailed a specific time arrival card in late July. Corresponding buildings for these dates are as follows:
- Friday, August 24: Northern Suites, Ruddock, Delaney, Wallwork, Stephenson, Elkin, Suites on Pratt
- Saturday, August 25: Elkin, Suites on Maple East, Putt, Wallwork, Stephenson, Northern Suites, McCarthy, Whitmyre (non-honors)
Continuing Students
- Sunday, August 26, from 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. No specific information will be mailed for continuing students.
What if I am with a special group?
If you are with a group with special move-in times, such as cheerleaders, sports teams, or band, you should check with your coach or group for move-in times.
What if I need to arrive early?
Students requesting to arrive early can complete the online form, which will be available starting July 10, 2012.
Is there a charge to arrive early?
Yes, there is a $30 per night fee to arrive early.
