Dual Enrollment

Local Dual Enrollment

High school juniors and seniors may now be eligible to enroll in college courses!

The Dual Enrollment initiative at IUP is a collaborative effort with your school district to provide enhanced learning opportunities. High school students interested in pursuing college-level coursework and earning college credits may attend classes locally on the IUP at Northpointe campus.

Most importantly, Dual Enrollment students get advanced exposure to what college academics are like, so they are even more prepared when going to college full time. Other advantages of enrolling in IUP’s Dual Enrollment program:

  • Receive a 75 percent reduction in tuition costs.
  • Get a jump start on college by earning college credits.
  • Credits are yours to use at IUP or any other college.
  • Courses meet as little as one evening per week.

Contact your high school guidance counselor for more information, or visit IUP’s Dual Enrollment Program.
