On February 18, 1964, the Pennsylvania General Assembly established the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) to provide public transit services for Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties.
SEPTA's Procurement and Contracts Department is committed to providing a full and open competitive environment for procurement opportunities.
Registering with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority
SEPTA provides an eProcurement System (ePS) allowing registered users to receive automatic notification of quotes when a product or service within a firm's area of business expertise is being procured by SEPTA. After registering, users receive automatic notification of quotes.
SEPTA Disadvantaged Business Program
SEPTA is committed to expanding contracting opportunities for small, minority and women-owned businesses. SEPTA's DBE Program Office provides technical assistance, training, and other resources for vendors looking to do business with us.
