Becoming a Certified Veteran Owned (VOBE) or Service Disabled Veteran (SDV) Business Enterprise
As of September 1, 2012, the certification process is no longer handled by the PA Bureau of Small Business Opportunities. VOBE and SDV certification is now being administered and evaluated by the Vetbiz VIP Verification Program.
Basic Requirements
The following basic criteria has been used to evaluate eligibility for certification. However, meeting these criteria does not guarantee that an application will be approved. This is only intended as a general overview.
- Be at least 33 percent owned and controlled by qualified veterans.
