Personal Narrative:

I served as a social studies teacher, assistant principal, principal, and superintendent of schools. At the beginning of my career, I taught social studies in Georgetown, Delaware. Later, I became an assistant principal in Georgetown. Following this, I served as assistant principal and then principal of Kittanning High School and principal of Elderton Junior-Senior High School. Finally, I completed my public school career a superintendent for the Homer-Center School District in Homer City, Pennsylvania. For the past seven years, I have been employed as an associate professor in the Department of Professional Studies in Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
