Use one of the following forms to indicate to the SGSR which student(s) will be awarded graduate assistantship from your departmental allocation or your grant:
Forms may be submitted via e-mail to Lynne Troyan at lbtroyan@iup.edu, or via campus mail to 101D Stright Hall.
Each Assistantship Assignment form must be accompanied by a description of assignment duties using the Graduate Assistantship Assignment template.
Deadlines for GA Award Form Submission
Summer GA assignments: Last day of the Spring semester
Fall GA assignments: July 1 (recommended deadline). Last day of the drop/add period (final deadline).
Note: Coordinators are strongly encouraged to submit GA award forms early in the Spring term. They will be processed for students who are applying and for those who have been admitted.
Spring GA assignments: November 1 (recommended deadline). Last day of drop/add period (final deadline)
