Club Sports offers students a unique opportunity to engage in a pleasurable, competitive athletic endeavor by taking part in the leadership, responsibility, and decision-making process of club activities. The Center for Health and Well-Being’s Recreation program provides the professional guidance, facility support, and administrative framework under which the clubs function. Each club is empowered to operate as independently as possible.

All Club Sports policies and forms required for travel can be found on this site. Team rosters and schedules will also be housed here in the future. Please contact the assistant director of Recreation, Peter Shoop, at, or call 724-357-3903 with any questions. 

Annual Report FormDocument icon
The Club Sport Annual Report Form is used to report team information, results, and any awards that were won throughout the season, as well as club officers.
Contest Agreement FormDocument icon
This is the Club Sport Home Contest Agreement Form, which is used for team organizers to agree that a contest shall be held in accordance with stated conditions.
Roster FormDocument icon
The Club Sport Roster Form is used for teams to list information about all of their players, which must then be approved by the Assistant Director of Recreation.
Schedule FormDocument icon
The Club Sport Schedule Form is used to list a club's schedule, which must be approved by the Assistant Director of Recreation prior to the beginning of the season.
Travel FormDocument icon
The Club Sport Travel Form is required for a club to travel and must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to departure.
