The
Associate of Arts degree in General Studies is designed for the student who seeks to acquire a broad base of knowledge in the liberal arts. This program consists of the core of Liberal Studies requirements of the bachelor's degree programs plus 10 credits of electives. The student is encouraged to develop a plan of study with his or her academic advisor which will bring focus to his or her interest in a particular area or subject. No more than 30 credits may be transferred into this degree program from other colleges.
