The James G. Mill Center for Health and Fitness started a monthly newsletter in Fall 2011.
The newsletter provides information regarding healthy eating tips, exercise tips, and promotional events that the gym is holding. Every month, we send the newsletter to each of our members via e-mail, as well as providing a hard copy in the gym for our members to take.
