To be admitted to the program, students have to meet the following requirements:
- Complete the application for admission: Submit your application.
- Submit a two-page resume to ALI-Programs@iup.edu.
Note: Please submit your resume as an attachment. Include your full name in the topic of the e-mail.
- Submit a one-page Statement of Purpose to ALI-Programs@iup.edu.

- Provide a transcript showing completion of one year in a university majoring in Business, English, or related area. Submit your transcript to ALI-Programs@iup.edu.
Note: Please submit your transcripts as a pdf attachment. Include your full name in the topic of the e-mail.
- Submit at least one recommendation letter from a professor, advisor, or employer stating the academic or professional achievements and ability to study abroad. Submit your recommendation letter to ALI-Programs@iup.edu.
Note: Recommendation letters could be submitted directly by a professor, advisor, or employer to ALI-Programs@iup.edu. Make sure your full name is included in the topic of the e-mail.
- Demonstrate sufficient English proficiency in an interview with a designated person. Submit the letter from the interviewer to ALI-Programs@iup.edu.
