In this episode of Budget Matters, released August 29, 2011, David Werner, IUP interim president, provides an update on the budget issues faced by the university in the past year. IUP experienced a revenue increase due to an unexpected performance funding increase, increased enrollment, and a focus on cost control in preparation for the current academic year. Werner discusses this, plus plans for use of the money.
