Working with Your Vending Account

The following directions show you how to manage your Crimson Cash account online, including the adding of funds to your account via credit card. You may also add funds to your account with cash or by personal check at either the I-Card Office or the Office of the Bursar.

Setting Up Your Crimson Cash Account

  1. Go to the ManageMyID website, which is where you will set up your account.
  2. Follow the link under “Not registered? Click here to sign up!”
  3. Fill out the necessary fields, which will ask for information including your student ID, first name, last name, e-mail, password, and a password hint. Do NOT use the "@" symbol when filling out your student ID.
  4. Click on “Agree.”
  5. Check your e-mail. You should have received an e-mail from Indiana University of Pennsylvania ManageMyID.com with a subject line “Indiana University of Pennsylvania ManageMyID.com—Registration.”
  6. Open the e-mail and click on “User Confirmation.”
  7. On the web page that opens, select “Continue” to confirm.
  8. You can then log in using your e-mail and Crimson Cash account password.

Adding Money to Your Crimson Cash Account

  1. Log in to ManageMyID using your e-mail and Crimson Cash account password.
  2. On the left, select “Make a Deposit,” located under the “Account” heading.
  3. Click on the drop-down menu next to “Deposit Amount” to select an amount for transfer.
  4. Next, select “Crimson Cash” as the account.
  5. Select “Add a New Credit Card” from the drop-down menu next to “Credit Card.”
  6. Select “Next.”
  7. Complete the information regarding the credit/debit card you wish to use.
  8. If you intend to save this credit card information for future use, be sure to select “Remember for Future Use.”
  9. Select “Next.”
  10. Confirm the card information and amount, then select “Submit.”
  11. Select “Continue.”
  12. Check your account balance before logging out.

Note: You may also add money to your account with cash or by personal check at either the I-Card Office or the Office of the Bursar.
