Procedure for Requesting Meal Tickets
Complete the Food/Refreshment Request for non-IUP funded events form. Submit the completed Food/Refreshment Request for non-IUP funded events form to the Office of Housing and Residence Life. The request may be submitted electronically via e-mail (preferred method) to food-service-requests@iup.edu, faxed to Lora Herrick at 724-357-5762, or hand delivered to Lora in Ruddock Hall, Suite G-37.
The Office of Housing and Residence Life will issue meal tickets and arrange for pickup with the requestor.
