Budget Matters 7: Governor’s Budget Proposal

In this episode of Budget Matters, released March 24, 2011, Dr. David Werner, IUP interim president, addresses the governor’s budget proposal, which includes a drastic cut in state funding for IUP and the other state-owned universities.
